Refund policy

Plants purchased on the website are not returnable or refundable after receipt.

The purchaser may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (not plants).

The purchaser must return the product to the company in its original packaging, without any use.

The company will refund the purchaser's money, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price.

Warranty

The Company is responsible for the quality of the products sold on the website.

In the case of a defective product, the purchaser may return the product to the company and receive a new product or a refund.
